The eyeshadow color payoff is amazing, and my eye makeup stays put all day long. I'm not sure if mine is defective, but there's a strange smell to it. It smells kind of like squid from the moment I opened it. The creasing along my eyelid is really bad. As time goes on, it gets so thick that the line becomes really pronounced. Because of this, my eyes feel incredibly irritated and uncomfortable.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much given the affordable price, but it really does the job! The eyeshadow stays put so much better when I use it. It works great on my eyelids, though I noticed it doesn't play as nicely with my under-eye area, especially since I layer concealer and highlighter there. If you don't control the amount you use, it can get clumpy and take a while to dry.

I really appreciated that the tip had adjustable flow control, which made application so much easier. Beyond that though, it was pretty standard. If you're not careful with the flow adjustment, you can end up scraping off all your base. My eyes are naturally very oily, so even waterproof mascaras and eyeliners smudge on me - I have what you might call cursed oily eyelids. Because of this, I've always had to layer my eyeliner application: pencil first, then powder to set it, then liquid liner on top, powder again, and finally pencil to finish. And my under-eye area would get so smudged with mascara that just four hours after leaving the house, I'd look like I had panda eyes. Honestly, there's a noticeable difference between before and after using this product - it really works. While some creasing along the double eyelid line is unavoidable, and there's still a tiny bit of smudging at the back of the eye, it's dramatically minimized. If you're someone who struggles with serious eyeliner smudging, absolutely must use powder to set your liner, and find yourself constantly wiping away smudged liner from your under-eye throughout the day, I highly recommend this to you. At first, I didn't know any better and applied a generous amount all over my eyelid. The next day, my eye was swollen and a bit red. I'm not entirely sure, but it seems to have really good staying power. Hmm... The amount is tricky to control, so it tends to get caught in my eyelid crease a bit. The results aren't that impressive, so I've kind of abandoned it... This foundation's staying power is absolutely incredible! It lasted about 7 hours in water and my eyes were the only thing that showed any wear. I'm being completely honest here—it's seriously impressive. The application process is a bit tricky though. When I apply it over foundation, it starts to peel and clump no matter what I do. Even using a sponge doesn't help, so I end up having to clean it up with a brush. Plus, the scent is really off-putting—it has this unpleasant smell that's honestly pretty off-putting. Apply it and layer your eyeshadow on top—your lids stay crease-free all day long. This is absolutely essential in my makeup routine! The price is really reasonable and it's so easy to apply. Honestly, I can't think of anything I'd change about it! This primer gives such a rich, intense color payoff when you layer eyeshadow on top. The only problem is everything gets patchy and clumpy, which is really frustrating. Honestly, the staying power, formula, and blendability are all pretty much terrible. I'm disappointed on every level. The longevity is nonexistent, and when you apply eyeshadow over this, it just bunches up and shifts everywhere. The creasing is really severe. The formula feels so heavy and tacky that your eyelids feel uncomfortable the second you apply it. It sits on top of your skin instead of blending smoothly, and the application is so uneven that you get streaky patches. Plus, it lifts off constantly. No matter how thin you layer it, this product seems to eat through your eyeshadow base, leaving bare spots where the primer has completely worn away. Even for an affordable price, this quality is just not acceptable. I'm really let down. The color payoff is the only decent thing about it, but when you actually wear it on your eyelids, everything lifts and creases, and the base gets destroyed. I honestly can't recommend this product at all. There's really no helpful tip I can give you. If you absolutely must use it, apply only the tiniest amount, like half a grain of rice, and spread it as thinly as possible across your lid. Using a sponge applicator instead of your fingers helps reduce the creasing a bit, but honestly it doesn't make much difference. The weather has been so hot lately, and my eyeshadow kept smudging and creasing from sweat, so I decided to try the Missha Eye Primer. The formula is transparent and dries quickly when applied thinly. When I layer my eyeshadow on top, the color payoff is absolutely stunning, and it stays put all day long without any budging or fading. The only thing is, when I smell it, there's a scent that reminds me a bit of lash glue, which is a little odd. But honestly, that's not really a big deal.
