I love that the formula is gentle and mineral-based, so I can use it with complete confidence even on sensitive skin. There's a slight white cast, but for a mineral sunscreen, it applies incredibly smoothly and evenly, making it perfect for daily use. The way it naturally evens out my skin tone and gives a subtle brightening effect before makeup is really satisfying. I actually bought two bottles so I can keep one at home and one at the office because I use it that much. Plus, it's practically fragrance-free, so anyone who's sensitive to scents can use it without any worries! If you're expecting the smooth application of a chemical sunscreen, you might feel a bit disappointed. Mineral sunscreen does have that characteristic slight stiffness to it, so when applying by hand, it can tug a little, and you need to blend it carefully to get a neat finish. That said, using a sponge applicator definitely helps it go on thinner and more evenly, so that's a helpful tip to work around this. If you gently tap it on with a sponge applicator, the white cast reduces significantly and you get a clean, seamless finish without any tugging. I actually keep a makeup sponge dedicated just for this sunscreen, and after application, it adheres to the skin like a cushion product, which really helps even out my skin tone. Plus, the compact packaging is so convenient that I keep one in my bag and one on my desk to reapply throughout the day whenever I need it. I'd definitely recommend it as a portable option! It's absolutely perfect if you're looking for a gentle formula, mineral-based protection, and natural skin tone evening. - wr***Da khôDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất27/06/2025 (UTC+0)
It feels hydrating without being greasy, applies smoothly, and doesn't tug or pull on the skin. It's basically the perfect foundation weapon! I'm using it on my super sensitive skin with folliculitis and it doesn't irritate at all. Plus, it has amazing staying power. The price is steep, so it's tough on the wallet if you're not catching it during a sale. If you have dry skin, it might feel a bit parched during winter, so make sure to prep your skin well with a solid skincare routine first! - ha******Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa mụnBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất05/08/2024 (UTC+0)
I have sensitive eyes and usually struggle to find sunscreen that works for me, but Monazu has been great. My skin is prone to breakouts, and I really love how this sunscreen applies so smoothly and lightly without triggering any irritation or blemishes. It's honestly become my go-to product. There's really nothing to complain about—it works so well with my skin that I'm using it every single day. - gk********Da thiếu nướcDa nhạy cảmDa mụnBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenĐược đề xuất29/05/2024 (UTC+0)
Applies thin and hydrating with a soft, powdery finish. No dryness typical of mineral formulas. Rinses off cleanly during cleansing. No skin irritation or breakouts. Fragrance-free, making it perfect for kids. I've tried several mineral sunscreens because they're supposed to be great for sensitive skin. But even though I have oily skin, I found mineral formulas left my skin feeling uncomfortably dry and tight, almost like my skin was cracking as the day went on. Some products felt stiff and thick when applying, didn't wash off easily, and left residue that made cleansing difficult. I was mainly using an organic sunscreen from another brand, but after trying Monazu lip balm, all-in-one cleanser, emulsion, and shampoo bar one by one, I loved how gentle they were. So I decided to give the Monazu sunscreen a try. Even though it's a mineral sunscreen, this one feels hydrating and applies so thin it absorbs quickly. After the thin application, that soft, powdery finish feels amazing. Since it applies so thin and absorbs fast, a sponge soaks up most of the product, so I recommend using your hands instead. There's a slight white cast, but applying it twice in thin layers lets it sink into the skin beautifully and the white cast fades. Most mineral sunscreens feel dry, but Monazu finishes with just that nice powdery feel. No uncomfortable dryness, no tight skin feeling, and no excess oil throughout the day. My eyes are really sensitive. Winter wind makes them tear up, and sometimes even just applying basic skincare after cleansing stings. I haven't found a product that's completely sting-free yet. So I rate products on a scale: tears streaming, stinging, slight stinging, or barely any stinging. Monazu sunscreen had barely any stinging. When I applied just the sunscreen before going out and reapplied it outside, I only felt slight stinging. After cleansing, there's no residue, no tightness, no slickness, no uncomfortable feeling. It cleanses beautifully. Choosing the wrong sunscreen has given me itchy skin, irritation, and breakouts before. Monazu causes no irritation and no breakouts, so I use it with complete peace of mind and even bought extra in advance. It's almost fragrance-free with just a slight sunscreen scent, so there's no personal preference issue or resistance to using it. It looks great for kids and men to use too. I used to hate getting product on my hands, so I applied sunscreen and foundation with a sponge. But Monazu sunscreen applies so thin and absorbs so quickly that the sponge soaks up a lot of it, so applying with hands works better. The fact that hands work better might actually be seen as a downside. - su******Da hỗn hợpLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenKhô từ bên trongNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồi05/02/2024 (UTC+0)
It applies so smoothly and effortlessly. I really appreciate that it contains reef-safe ingredients. While it claims to have no white cast, the mineral formula does leave some visible whiteness. The white color gives more of a chalky appearance than a skin-brightening effect. My family member with darker skin tone doesn't like how it makes her look pale, so she won't use it. It causes some eye irritation and makes my eyes water after application. The texture feels smooth when I'm applying it, but since it's mineral-based, I notice it feels quite dry and tight once it sets. It has that uncomfortable, powdery feeling. Make sure to do plenty of hydrating prep work on your skin before using this. Gently tap and press it in with multiple layers to minimize the white cast.
