I really love that this hair dye comes in a natural brown shade, so it blends beautifully with my original hair color and creates such a seamless look. The amount seems a bit skimpy to me. I was too lazy to go to the salon for a color treatment, so I decided to try this instead. I'm honestly blown away by how well it works! My hair barely suffered any damage, and the color turned out absolutely gorgeous. I'm definitely buying this again next time. There's nothing bad to report, nothing at all. I'm really happy with the color - it's not too brown and has just the right amount of red tone. Plus, I appreciate that there's a protective treatment to apply before coloring to keep my hair healthy, which makes me feel confident about the whole process. There's nothing really to complain about. I just bought this for the first time and I'm pleasantly surprised by the value for the price. The kit contents are really solid. I followed the instructions and the color application turned out beautifully. I'll need to use it a few more times to be completely sure, but I'm definitely planning to keep using this product. The first component comes in a tube, but the second component is divided into two separate packets. Personally, I think it would be much better if both components came in tube form instead. I've tried many ash brown products, but this one fades the most beautifully. It starts out darker with a toned-down effect, but as it gradually loses color, it develops into a gorgeous ash brown shade. It also neutralizes any reddish tones, so I definitely recommend it. While it works for covering grays, it doesn't completely hide them, which is a drawback. The kit includes both pre-color and post-color care products, which makes for a really thoughtful set. The color itself is fantastic too. My hair feels so healthy and undamaged!!! Even when I do it myself at home, the color comes out even and beautiful - no patchy spots at all. Since my hair goes all the way down to my underarms, I needed two bottles and it was the perfect amount! Honestly, I can't think of any downsides.
