The scent is absolutely amazing - it smells like you just stepped out of the shower with that fresh, clean soap and fabric softener fragrance. The texture feels lightweight and refreshing without being sticky, and it hydrates beautifully without leaving your skin feeling dry. I usually get the occasional breakout or body acne, but I've barely noticed any since using this product. I can't speak to how it would perform during the harshest winter months or for extremely dry skin types. For now, especially in early winter, it's been absolutely perfect for me. Oh, I absolutely adore this product! Seriously, it's my favorite! Effectiveness: Since it's a body emulsion, the hydration is fantastic and it absorbs beautifully into the skin. Just look at the shine in the photos - my skin feels so incredibly soft and smooth! Fragrance: The scent is absolutely amazing! When I wear this and go out, everyone around me comments on how wonderful I smell. People actually ask me what product I'm using because the fragrance is so lovely! The scent has this perfect summer vibe with herbal notes, sweetness, freshness, and a bright citrusy touch all blended together. Interestingly, Olive Young carries a perfume in this same fragrance line, and if you remove that slightly headache-inducing quality from the perfume, it smells exactly like this emulsion. I'd definitely recommend testing the scent before purchasing! I've been using this for over two months now and honestly, I haven't found a single downside! I'd recommend getting familiar with the fragrance profile before you buy so you know exactly what you're getting. Everyone's preferences are different, after all!
