The color payoff is exactly as advertised, and while the staying power fades after eating, it's not terrible overall. I really appreciate that it doesn't contain red pigments, which is a huge plus for me. There aren't really any major drawbacks. The application is smooth and hydrating, but it finishes with a matte effect - if you have dry lips and want a matte lipstick, this is absolutely it!!! The price point is higher compared to other products, and if you're sensitive to fragrance, you'll need to hold your breath while applying it.. I have a deep undertone, but the staff gave me the wrong shade so I'm using this one instead. When I first opened it, I thought it looked like a warm brown, but once I applied it, it had more of a true red tone and it actually works really well! It's perfect for applying as a subtle accent on the inner part of my lips. It's definitely matte, and if I wear it alone, my lips get really dry. This shade is perfect for me as a deep undertone, and pink tones look absolutely stunning on my skin. It's a true MLBB color that brightens my complexion beautifully.
