I have sensitive, allergy-prone skin and this product is so gentle that I haven't experienced any allergic reactions. The formula is mild and does a wonderful job of balancing oil and moisture. This product is gentle and creates a rich, luxurious lather while delivering excellent cleansing power. I've been searching for the right cleanser for four years since dealing with rosacea. Even with pH-balanced formulas, I always seemed to react to something, so I switched to kelp soap for cleansing. Finally found it! No fragrance, ceramides included... it's gentle without that slippery feeling. I'm so relieved. I need to update my review. I thought this would be my holy grail product forever, but after a month, my entire face became rough and flaky. If the irritation had appeared right away, I would have known it was from this cleanser. Instead, I kept suspecting other creams, and I was confused because the emulsion I'd been using on my neck suddenly didn't work either. I wondered if it was sun sensitivity from the warmer weather. Turns out the culprit was this cleanser. I suspect it might be the citric acid, or maybe the sodium cocoyl glycinate. Since my rosacea flare-up, I've been tracking every product I use and noting all the ingredients, so I bought this thinking it had good components. Now I'm stuck. Since I stopped using it, things are slowly improving, but my skin is still really rough and uncomfortable. I have sensitive, irritation-prone, acne-prone skin that's severely dehydrated. My regular foam cleanser was discontinued, so I quickly ordered this one through Coupang. It has no fragrance, and it lathers really well when you add water. It's honestly just a solid, no-fuss cleanser that does the job. My face didn't feel irritated at all after using it. I don't have any real complaints, but I can't say it's particularly amazing either. Since it's pH-balanced on the acidic side, the cleansing power isn't super strong.

I use this product to cleanse my face every morning. It's so gentle on my skin with zero irritation, yet it has surprisingly impressive cleansing power! Plus, the lather is really rich and luxurious. I didn't really have any complaints while using it, but I wish they'd release a stronger cleansing formula option too! Whenever I feel like the cleansing power could be stronger, I mix in a grain enzyme powder cleanser and use them together, and it works great!

It's gentle and non-irritating for my morning cleanse routine, plus the price point is fantastic for the quality you get. The dispenser releases quite a lot of product with each pump, which means I end up wasting more than I'd like.
