The application is smooth and easy to spread. The absorption is great too. I have dry skin and this works well for me. There's really nothing disappointing about it. The rose scent is subtle and pleasant. I've been using this from September through November and it's been absolutely amazing! The base applies beautifully and keeps my skin so hydrated - it's definitely a holy grail product for me. Even though I have oily skin, it doesn't feel heavy or greasy, and it gives my complexion such a gorgeous, luminous finish without any shifting. I'm definitely repurchasing! It works really well without causing any irritation or dryness, which is great. It didn't really work wonders for my extremely dry skin Mamonde is a bit pricey, and I don't think it delivers the value for the money. The hydration boost is just okay, nothing special. The oily feel is a bit too much for my liking. I really love the subtle rose scent. It doesn't feel greasy at all, and it has a nice soothing effect. It works beautifully with the Rose Mask PHA and Rose Toner together. As for hydration, for combination skin during seasonal transitions, it's not quite enough on its own, so I need to layer it with an essence or a more moisturizing toner. The finish feels a bit thin and doesn't really meld into the skin the way I'd hoped. Honestly, this works better for me than the Mamonde Bakuchiol Cream. I apply this before my makeup and it gives my skin such a dewy, hydrated finish! As long as I use the right amount, it doesn't shift or slide around, which I absolutely love! Sometimes I mess up the amount and apply too much, which causes my base to slip a little bit. But honestly, aside from that, it's amazing!
