While I don't have particularly large or numerous pores, I decided to try this because I heard the bakuchiol ingredient is gentle and great for pore care. The texture is smooth yet has a nice grip to it, and it applies with a filling effect that smooths out skin texture irregularities and evens out the skin's surface. My skin looks noticeably better, and I can actually feel my skin texture gradually improving naturally. Since my skin is dry, this alone doesn't provide enough hydration and oil balance, so I apply it mainly to areas where pores concern me, then layer a hydrating cream on top. I haven't experienced any pilling, congestion, or breakouts, so I'm really happy with how it's working. While I can't say it completely improves pores, if you think of it as preventative care or something to slow down further enlargement, it definitely seems effective. Even though it's supposed to be gentle, I feel a slight sharpness and mild stinging sensation every time I apply it. This moisturizer works nicely for dry areas. It's practically fragrance-free, spreads smoothly, and feels lightweight without being heavy. The absorption is really solid. This is my second purchase of Mamonde Bakuchiol Cream from Hwahae, and I'm so happy with it! I've been wanting to try retinol, but my skin is really sensitive, and I was worried that using retinol incorrectly might damage my skin. Since I heard that bakuchiol is a great alternative to retinol, I decided to go with the Mamonde Bakuchiol that so many YouTubers recommend. I've been using it since spring through summer and loved the results, so I'm repurchasing again! After using this cream, my skin didn't transform dramatically overnight, but I definitely noticed that my skin texture became noticeably smoother and my pores appeared significantly smaller. With smaller pores, my skin feels more refined and the overall texture improved so much that I'm convinced it's worth it. I'm adding another one to my cart! The formula isn't lightweight, so when I applied it during summer, it felt a bit heavy on my skin. But now that summer has passed and the weather is getting cooler, it feels perfect to use again! I personally prefer using this in the evening. After applying toner and serum, I finish my routine with this cream and go to bed. When I wake up, my skin texture is genuinely so smooth and refined!
