It wasn't bad at all. Overall, it was easy to use and there really wasn't anything inconvenient about it. I love that just one capsule a day takes care of both my skin and digestive health. It's such a convenient way to support my wellness routine. The only downside is that it needs to be refrigerated, and the container is a bit bulky, which makes it tricky to carry around with me. I take it first thing in the morning right after I wake up.
