This probiotic is my life-changing staple! I've invested so much in finding the right probiotic, and this is finally it. The subtle lemon flavor is delightfully sweet and so easy to take! Other probiotics either upset my stomach, showed no results, or had weird tastes that just didn't work for me, leaving me with nothing but digestive discomfort. This one actually delivers better results than imported probiotic brands I've tried. What I love most is that even though the powder amount is modest, the probiotic count is just as generous as other products, which is fantastic. Skip the huge capsule types and definitely go for the powder version! Among women's probiotics, this is hands down my top pick and I'm completely satisfied. Trust me on this one, I only write reviews for products I genuinely love. Plus, it's so convenient to carry around! There's really nothing major to complain about. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the stevia might not be necessary, but the lemon oil makes it taste great anyway, so maybe skip the stevia. I'm someone who gets feminine health issues more often than regular colds, so I was consistently taking vaginal probiotics. But honestly, they tasted awful and I couldn't really tell if they were working... so I switched to this product. My selection criteria: 1. Individual packets - no mess on my hands 2. Portable - so I can take them on the go if I forget at home 3. Taste 4. Taste 5. Taste!!!! 6. No refrigeration needed This is the product I chose based on these standards. ● First, I have to rave about the taste! It doesn't have that weird dairy flavor typical of probiotics - it's lemon flavored. And it actually tastes good, seriously! ● Individual packets & portability Each one comes as a single packet, so it's super convenient to take. Even if I forget at home, I can grab one when I'm out. ● Room temperature storage My previous product needed refrigeration, and once it was in the fridge, I'd forget about it and never take it. But since this stays at room temperature, I see it and actually remember to take it consistently. ● Results I'm the type who gets feminine health issues as soon as I get tired, but since taking this, I've noticed a significant decrease in those problems! I'm not really sure if this is actually working... I started taking this probiotic while already using another brand, so I can't tell if the results are from continuing my previous product or if this one is actually effective. The main concern for me is the price - vaginal probiotics are already pretty expensive as it is. I've heard that vaginal probiotics are best taken at night, so definitely take them in the evening! I try to take mine consistently at night, but if I miss it, I make sure to take it the next morning without fail. My doctor recommended that I don't need to take them continuously every month - I can take them for a few months, take a break, then start again. So that's what I'm doing - cycling between taking them for a few months and then taking a break.

The best part is how easy it is to take one packet a day - super convenient! The ingredient count isn't as high as I'd hoped, so I wish there were more of them.
