I've tried all 5 sheets, and I have to say, the cooling sensation is immediate and refreshing when you apply it to your skin. However, beyond that initial coolness, I honestly didn't notice any other significant benefits. Before the sheet fully adheres to your skin, it tends to slide down for about the first 5 minutes, so you need to be careful and hold it in place. I bought this because it claimed to be great for pores, but I didn't see any real results. In fact, I ended up breaking out with small blemishes. Instead of calming my skin, it felt like my complexion got worse. The mask sheet itself is already pricey, and my skin just deteriorated. It's not even hydrating or moisturizing.
