I've only used cleansing oil before, so this oil-to-foam product is my first time trying this type. I do love that squeaky-clean feeling after washing, but since I have combination skin, doing a second cleanse tends to leave my skin feeling really parched. I wanted to remove my makeup as thoroughly as possible, so I decided to give this a try! I loved how you can massage it on oily areas to dissolve sebum and makeup while letting your skin absorb all the beneficial ingredients in the oil. After emulsification, when you add water and gently rub, it creates a surprising amount of lather, so you can finish without needing an extra cleanse. It's so simple and leaves my skin feeling clean and tight without any tightness afterward. This is exactly the product I've been looking for! My pores definitely look less visible, and whether it's the brightening effect or the spot-fading benefits, my skin looks more radiant and luminous overall! The dropper design makes it easy to control the amount, and getting 100 uses out of it is great, but since both the bottle and dropper are glass, they're a bit heavy and can get slippery while you're cleansing. There's definitely a risk of dropping and breaking it, so be careful! If the oil doesn't massage or roll smoothly at first, try adding a bit of water and it works so much better! If you want lots of lather, just use a little more water while rubbing and you'll get way more foam than you'd expect! I honestly couldn't find anything particularly great about it. But I think people who've actually tried it would understand what I mean. The dropper doesn't dispense well. Because it's an oil, my skin doesn't feel tight after cleansing. There's absolutely no dryness or stiffness whatsoever. As for dark spots and discoloration, I can't really tell if it's making a difference yet. The dropper applicator is a bit awkward to use. I wish it had a pump dispenser instead.
