I ended up purchasing this from Hwaehae because of a promotional event - I'm not entirely sure if it was a coupon or points reward offer. When it comes to supplements, I'm always more careful about my choices compared to regular skincare products. The fan-shaped packaging caught my eye, and I'd seen this product at Olive Young before, so I felt confident trying it. Since it contains magnesium and several B vitamins, I was hopeful it would help with fatigue recovery. I did notice a relaxing effect, and honestly felt a bit drowsy - which might be thanks to the magnesium. The liquid formula is easy to take, and the taste is pleasant, making it convenient to incorporate into my routine. The B vitamins do seem to help somewhat, but I didn't notice any real effect on mouth ulcers, so if you're mainly looking for magnesium support, this supplement works well for that purpose. However, the relaxing effect is stronger than any energy boost I experienced - I actually felt more drowsy after taking it. That said, since it contains B vitamins, I wasn't sure when the best time to take it would be. Taking it before bed seemed risky because of the B vitamin content. Since it's in liquid magnesium form, it was much easier to take compared to pills I can't really think of any downsides - it seems to work pretty quickly too

Then I happened to see an ad for this brand, and I decided to give it a shot. Since it contains B-complex vitamins along with magnesium, I purchased it thinking I could use it as a multi-vitamin supplement. The formula has a nice light consistency and a refreshing tangy taste, making it really easy to take. I also love how the packaging is designed like a drawer with individual compartments. When I pull out each packet, they don't tumble over like dominoes, which is such a convenient feature. I tried their stress formula first, and since it was on sale for 50% off, I decided to pick up their energy product too. To be honest, I can't really tell if it's actually working. Also, the B-complex vitamin content is noticeably lower compared to other brands I've tried, which was disappointing. The taste is tangy, but it's a bit too sour to drink straight from the bottle in one gulp. When I mix it with a cup of water, it tastes kind of bland, so I end up using less water to make it more flavorful. I originally bought this from Olive Young, but I noticed that Naver sometimes offers 50% discounts on their platform. It seems like purchasing from the official Naver store is actually more affordable.
