I'm not sure about other benefits, but it seems like the rosehip ingredient really helps me sleep better when I take it at night. Since it's a liquid formula, I can take it straight without needing water, which is super convenient. The concentrated orange flavor isn't overpowering either, so it goes down smoothly. I didn't even know I could buy this on Hwahae, and while the base price is a bit higher compared to Olive Young, once I factor in the points, it actually works out cheaper. I'll definitely grab it from Hwahae next time! As a multivitamin supplement, I felt the ingredient concentrations were a bit underwhelming, and the magnesium content wasn't particularly high compared to pill forms. Since my meal times are irregular and I don't always remember to drink enough water, the liquid format was convenient for me to just grab a bottle before bed. I love that this comes in liquid form only, making it so convenient to take on the go. Tablet plus liquid formulas require way more effort, so this is perfect! I purchased this alongside the Energy formula, and after checking the ingredients, I noticed both have the same vitamin content. The Stress formula just has the added benefits of zinc and rhodiola extract. Since they're priced identically, I figured the Stress version was the smarter choice. What I really appreciated was that it comes in liquid form only, no pills, making it so much easier to take. The flavor is a concentrated orange that isn't overly tart, so I can drink it straight without mixing it with water. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's just my imagination, but when I took it during the day, I felt drowsy. So lately I've been taking it before bed, and I've noticed I fall asleep much faster than usual, which has been wonderful. I've been obsessed with liquid supplements for years and have tried quite a few brands, but this is actually the first one I've come across that contains magnesium. While the dosage isn't as high as traditional pill supplements, if you're someone who wants to get your vitamins and minerals in one convenient serving, this seems like a solid option. I also love that the packaging has dividers inside, so when I pull out one bottle, the rest don't topple over. It's such a thoughtful design detail. Compared to other liquid supplements on the market, I found the ingredient variety and potency a bit underwhelming. While the magnesium and rhodiola extract do set it apart, if you're dealing with everyday fatigue and looking for high-potency vitamins, I wouldn't necessarily recommend this one.
