I trust it because it's made specifically for babies. Compared to cheaper conditioners, the texture and feel are noticeably better. The scent reminds me of bubble gum, and my baby uses it without any hesitation or resistance. Since it's a conditioner, it does get a bit slippery when it touches the skin. It's so soft and smooth. I can definitely feel the difference compared to regular shampoo alone. The fragrance feels a bit too strong for me. I wish there was an unscented option available.

The scent is this rich, fruity bubblegum fragrance that lingers nicely even after you've washed your hair. The bottle holds quite a lot, so it lasts a really long time. Plus, I've caught it on sale on Coupang for under ten dollars sometimes, so if you keep an eye out for deals, you can score an amazing price. The scent is definitely polarizing—my child loves the sweet, fruity notes, but honestly, it's a bit too strong for my taste. Here's my main frustration: once the bottle gets down to about a third full, the pump stops working properly and nothing comes out. I know this is a common issue with pump bottles in general, but it's still annoying. When it happens, I have to unscrew the cap and tap the product into my palm, which feels wasteful and messy. I'd really prefer if they switched to a tube format or upgraded to a vacuum-sealed pump container instead. Despite all the great things about this conditioner, the packaging inconvenience is honestly making me hesitant to repurchase.
