First off, it smells amazing and holds up really well, just like a good shampoo. The cleansing power is solid too. If you use it frequently, it can make your hair tangle quite a bit. The fragrance might feel quite strong at first, but that's because it lasts so long! After using it, I really love how my hair doesn't get tangled anymore. The price is great and honestly, there's nothing to complain about. I've been using this for 4 years now and it's absolutely worth every penny. The powder has such a sweet, rich fragrance that's really strong when you lather it up, but once you rinse it off, you're left with just a subtle lingering scent. Fast shipping and quick customer service - love it! The pump arrived cracked during shipping, and I've seen lots of complaints about this on other sites too. I'm not sure why you haven't fixed this issue, but mine came damaged as well. I did get a replacement pump sent quickly, which I appreciate, but it's frustrating that this keeps happening.

The fragrance lasts such a long time, and the packaging is absolutely gorgeous. It makes my skin feel so silky smooth, and the scent itself feels luxuriously soft and velvety. I'm obsessed with how rich and full-bodied the fragrance is! I received three samples, but they were all the same body wash. My hair feels incredibly soft and silky, and it smells amazing! I love using it in the evening because the softness lasts all day long the next day. The scent is really intense, so I think it's definitely a love-it-or-hate-it kind of fragrance. Fortunately, I absolutely adore this particular scent, so I'm really happy with it. I'm disappointed that the formula isn't as gentle as I'd hoped. I can't really tell if it's actually making my hair healthier or not.
