It's gentle and soothing. Since it contains cica, I have a feeling it's really great for calming irritated skin. The packaging is different from typical products, which makes it a bit awkward to use.

I found that dispensing it into my hand and applying it that way worked best. It's so gentle. It doesn't feel particularly moisturizing—it has more of a watery toner texture, so it might feel drying. Using it as an exfoliating toner might be too irritating, and it seems wasteful to use it as a sheet mask. My skin is sensitive, but using this product consistently has really helped reduce my breakouts. When I apply the toner before my foundation, it leaves my skin so hydrated and dewy that my foundation applies beautifully and stays put! I'm already on my fourth or fifth bottle! I need to use it a bit longer to really tell, but I haven't noticed any major improvements so far. That said, the exfoliating toner is super easy to use... I'm not sure if my skin just doesn't work well with centella asiatica, but I honestly didn't feel much calming effect. As someone with extremely oily skin, I can honestly say this toner is an absolute game-changer. I've already finished one bottle and immediately repurchased it. I genuinely don't know how I managed my skin before using this. Before I started using it, I'd wake up with my face completely slick with oil—it was honestly embarrassing. But now with this exfoliating toner, I wake up with perfectly balanced skin. It's not dry, it's not overly oily, just that perfect middle ground. I've tried so many toners over the years, but this one is by far the best. Plus, I used to get a lot of breakouts from all that excess oil, and since using this, I barely get any. I'm already on my third bottle and I absolutely love it. The price feels a bit steep for the amount you get. Yes, it does dry out my skin a bit, but it's perfect for summer use. Most importantly, those pesky little bumps that appear on my skin? They completely disappear. I know results vary from person to person, but I've definitely seen a real difference with this product. I'm already on my third bottle and I'll definitely be buying more soon! I wish this came in a larger size. The instructions say to soak a cotton pad and apply it generously, but the amount you get is just too small. Soak a cotton pad really well and gently massage it all over your face. I received this as a gift and have been using the complete set together. Even though my skin is dry, when I use all three products from the line together, my skin doesn't feel parched at all. Instead, my complexion feels beautifully refined and balanced. I especially love the toner - it's become my favorite product in the lineup. The one inconvenience is that you need to shake it before each use. Once you shake it, the ingredients blend together pretty quickly, which suggests the particles are incredibly fine. I personally use all three products from this line together. If you have even slightly dry skin, I really recommend using the complete line as a set rather than individual products.
