I have quite a bit of redness on my face, and this mint-colored primer does an amazing job of covering it up. I just apply it before makeup and the redness is significantly hidden. It also provides decent pore coverage and gives my skin an even, brightened appearance with a subtle matte finish. The product absorbs quickly, and my overall complexion looks noticeably more balanced and uniform. While the formula itself is lightweight and hydrating, once it absorbs into my skin, it leaves a slightly oily finish that I wasn't thrilled about. Since I have oily skin, it feels a bit heavy and burdensome on my face. Also, if I'm not careful with the amount I use, even a little extra product tends to clump and separate, which is frustrating. You really need to use less product than you'd expect. Even when I thought I was applying a minimal amount, especially around my nose area, it still clumped up on me. The best part is definitely how lightweight it feels, though... My skin completely reacted badly to this product. The next day, my face was itchy, red, and covered with tiny bumps and irritation everywhere. I'd only recommend this to people with sensitive skin who don't typically have adverse reactions and are specifically looking to address redness. If organic ingredients don't work well with your skin, please skip this one.

I'm using this as my go-to sunscreen alternative. It covers redness so beautifully and naturally while keeping my skin perfectly hydrated - I absolutely love it! Brightening creams usually trigger breakouts on my face, but this one is seriously amazing! I honestly can't think of any downsides yet... I'm almost through my first tube and I'm definitely buying it again! It applies like a dream with the Etude vegan brush - they're a perfect match!
