I really felt a refreshing, cooling sensation. It did a great job removing excess oil and shine from my skin. The fragrance is lovely too. It didn't work for me. Among hair loss relief shampoos, many tend to feel dry and stiff, but this one has a surprisingly smooth texture while keeping silicone oil content low, so it's gentler on your scalp. The fragrance is subtle and barely lingers after washing, so you can expect minimal scent throughout the day. The cooling effect is understated and refreshing without being overwhelming. Since it's a Nature Republic product, there's this perception that it's budget-friendly, which makes it feel less like exceptional value for money. Also, if you have an oily scalp, you might find the cleansing power a bit weak. I've been using this product and I've noticed a real difference in how much hair I'm losing - it's definitely reduced. I was so happy with the results that I recommended it to my friends! They used to offer a larger size option, but I can't find it anymore. I really hope they bring it back and start selling it again.

I especially use this a lot during summer. The minty, refreshing scent is fantastic for eliminating odors, and I've really noticed a significant difference in my scalp health. It feels noticeably firmer and thicker, and I've experienced much less hair shedding overall. Compared to other products I've tried, the hair loss has definitely decreased considerably. My scalp also feels a bit more robust and resilient. I don't really have any major complaints. If you're not a fan of minty or peppermint scents, this might be a bit challenging for you to enjoy. I don't use it every single time I wash. I typically use it when I'm dealing with scalp sensitivity, then I'll switch to another product for a bit. But when I come back to this one, it always feels like my scalp responds better to it than other options.
