It has a subtle injeolmi flavor that doesn't feel heavy on the palate. You can easily brush it off and wash it down with water without any trouble. It's so convenient that you can take it mindlessly while eating a meal. I'm not sure if it's actually working. It feels a bit dry and chalky in the mouth. The price seems quite steep for what you get.

I noticed a very subtle and temporary improvement in digestion, maybe? My digestive system isn't the strongest to begin with, and when I eat greasy or irritating foods regularly, my stomach definitely feels uncomfortable. I also deal with chronic constipation, so I decided to give this a try. For about 2-3 days, I thought it might help with my digestion issues, but I didn't experience that satisfying relief I was looking for. After that initial period, my constipation came right back. Now I just toss it in before eating something heavy, more out of habit than anything else. I really appreciate that it doesn't have an unpleasant taste, and the powder is so fine that you don't necessarily need to wash it down with water. When I've had a lot of spicy rice cakes, it seems to help a bit with digestion. It's not dramatic, but I'd say it provides some support. Honestly, when I've consumed a lot... well, it doesn't really show much effect. The scent is pleasant and nutty, but there's something that smells like fermented soybean paste mixed in. For the price, I don't think the enzyme amount is that generous.
