This product is gentle on my skin and rolls on so smoothly! The cleansing power is really impressive, and it draws out impurities beautifully. I'm genuinely happy with how well it works and I'm continuing to use it. Honestly, there's nothing major to complain about! I bought this in Korea and my mom and I have been using it together. It removes makeup beautifully and doesn't irritate my eyes at all! It works wonderfully for sensitive skin. No downsides, I just wish I'd bought more. The price is quite steep in Russia, which is the only reason I didn't stock up. I really think the gel cleanser works wonderfully for needling cleansing. This one doesn't seem to agree with my skin though, maybe because of the formula. It just doesn't work for my skin. But on days when I do wear makeup, I skip the lip and eye remover and just use the cleansing balm for my first cleanse, followed by a cleansing foam for the second step, and finish with a regular wash. What I can confirm is that it's truly gentle - nothing happened to my skin, and there was no dryness after cleansing. My mom tried it too, but she found the jar itself inconvenient, so she wasn't a fan. The container is a bit awkward, but I guess that's unavoidable with a balm formula. My skin is dehydrated yet oily and combination-prone. If I use the wrong shampoo, the scalp oil causes these stubborn little bumps to appear on my forehead. It's more of a product-induced breakout situation than typical adult acne. I haven't experienced any bumps or irritation from using the Nidelly cleansing balm. The only downside - and I'm taking away one star just for this - is that the jar is annoying. Honestly, other than the packaging, I can't think of any real drawbacks. None

The texture is so gentle that cleansing feels effortless and non-irritating. Cleansing Power: The cleansing strength is excellent. Although I rarely wear eye makeup, I tested it on gel eyeliner, a pigmented liquid lip product, and a foundation to be thorough. The eyeliner came off quickly with a bit of extra rubbing, the lip product removed completely except for some staining, and the foundation washed away without any trouble. I don't have waterproof eye products to test, so I can't speak to that.
