I don't end up using this much because cleansing it off is really difficult. It sticks to my face and requires a lot of rubbing, which feels like it could irritate my skin.

The soothing effect is definitely noticeable and works really well. I finished the whole thing right as fall arrived! I think this would be perfect to use after workouts, baths, or sauna sessions during fall and winter too. Just rinsing with water takes a bit longer to wash off than I expected. Since it's a rinse-off mask, I wouldn't count on major hydration benefits from it alone. You'll definitely want to follow up with additional moisturizing after cleansing. Since wash-off masks were completely new to me, I wanted to share my honest thoughts after using it. 1. It feels like you're doing a potato-based treatment 2. Cooling effect About this wash-off mask... honestly, I didn't feel like it was worth using. I applied it after cleansing, and after 5 minutes, I actually felt a slight stinging sensation. As for the exfoliating benefits, it didn't seem to deliver what I expected. I think using a dedicated exfoliator separately would give better results.
