I've also tried the 20% version, but I didn't notice a significant difference, so I've stuck with this one. Since my skin is prone to dark spots and uneven tone, I've been using it consistently during my toning routine, and I've noticed my complexion has become noticeably brighter and more radiant. There's honestly nothing disappointing about this product. The packaging and container are understated rather than excessive, which I actually appreciate. I've tried several Neogen Dermalogy products and was really satisfied, so I had high expectations for this one. Recently, I've been layering an ampoule and serum after my toner to boost my skin's hydration. The absorption is excellent and the moisturizing feel is amazing. I apply it generously to my skin after toner, and I've noticed my fine lines have diminished. My skin feels dewy and doesn't feel sticky, so I can even apply the serum or ampoule one more time if I want. The texture is a bit on the lighter side, but it has just the right consistency to work perfectly as a serum. It feels hydrating and leaves my skin feeling clean and refined! I honestly can't think of any downsides. The product is great and the packaging is really convenient to use. The packaging is so convenient that I was able to use every last drop hygienically with the dropper. Even though I have sensitive and combination skin, this applies smoothly without any acidic feel, and nothing irritates my skin. I'm using it morning and night, and I'm really satisfied with how moisturized my skin feels. This is definitely a keeper for me. I can't really say there's anything disappointing about it. I've already gone through one full bottle, and I'm really impressed! This product does an amazing job at evening out my skin tone and minimizing blemishes. I know some people with sensitive skin find it a bit irritating, but it works perfectly for my skin type. I wish the price was a bit more affordable. Since I'm using it twice daily, morning and night, it does go through quickly. This product applies smoothly and absorbs beautifully into the skin. What really impressed me is that while most ampoules focus on brightening claims, this is the first product where I actually noticed visible results. When I apply it before makeup, my foundation sits perfectly and my complexion looks noticeably more radiant and luminous. I did experience some mild stinging sensations when my skin was irritated or going through a breakout phase.
