I usually break out when I switch to a new product, but this one didn't cause any breakouts at all. The application is smooth, and I really felt like my skin was getting deeply hydrated. With my previous moisturizing cream, I had to keep using a hydrating mist because the absorption wasn't complete, but with this product alone, my skin feels so refreshed that I don't even need the mist anymore. After applying it and doing my makeup, my skin looks noticeably better. As someone with oily skin, I found this product to be quite heavy on oil. You could say the absorption isn't great, but it's more that there's a sticky feeling rather than poor absorption, so it doesn't give me that fresh, clean sensation I'm looking for. As someone with oily skin, instead of applying a lot, I use the stick applicator on the cap to spread a thin layer, then gently massage it in to help it absorb. This way, I don't get that greasy shine, my skin stays hydrated, my makeup applies beautifully, and I can maintain that dewy feeling throughout the night and sleep comfortably.

Like those products, this one is fragrance-free and colorant-free, clearly designed to minimize irritation. It layers beautifully under cushion foundation without any shifting or pilling. Despite its lightweight formula, it delivers impressive moisture that really sinks in. That said, if you have dry skin, you might find it needs a boost during fall and winter months when used alone, though it works perfectly for oily skin types year-round. For dry skin, it's totally sufficient during spring and summer. The high concentration of calming ingredients means this cream won't trigger breakouts, and it genuinely delivers the maximum soothing power a skincare product can offer. Compared to similar gel-textured products at the same price point, the amount of product feels a bit light.
