I usually break out when I switch to a new product, but this one didn't cause any breakouts at all. The application is smooth, and I really felt like my skin was getting deeply hydrated. With my previous moisturizing cream, I had to keep using a hydrating mist because the absorption wasn't complete, but with this product alone, my skin feels so refreshed that I don't even need the mist anymore. After applying it and doing my makeup, my skin looks noticeably better. As someone with oily skin, I found this product to be quite heavy on oil. You could say the absorption isn't great, but it's more that there's a sticky feeling rather than poor absorption, so it doesn't give me that fresh, clean sensation I'm looking for. As someone with oily skin, instead of applying a lot, I use the stick applicator on the cap to spread a thin layer, then gently massage it in to help it absorb. This way, I don't get that greasy shine, my skin stays hydrated, my makeup applies beautifully, and I can maintain that dewy feeling throughout the night and sleep comfortably.
