an*******Da khô29/10/2020 (UTC+0)I'm still making up my mind about this one. I'm testing it out cautiously for now. What I really appreciate is that the fragrance isn't overpowering. Spray function: completely broken / Customer service attitude was absolutely terrible. The website shows a video of the product spraying evenly like a proper mist, but the actual product sprays like a water gun! The liquid shoots out in a straight line and goes everywhere. I had no idea it was defective until I tried it. How was I supposed to know before using it? So I called the company to complain, and you won't believe what they said: "Since you already used it, we can't exchange it." Wait, that makes no sense. I had to use it to discover it was broken. How else would I know? So I pushed back, and then they said: "If you really want an exchange, you have to pay for the return shipping yourself." Then later they called back and said: "It's not defective. All our products spray like this. Just pour some into your hand and apply it yourself. Even if we exchange it for something else, you probably won't like that either." If the product on your website looks completely different from what you're actually selling, you should at least include a disclaimer in small print explaining how it actually works. But here's what really got me: the customer service rep wouldn't even listen to what I was asking for. No apology. Nothing. And the way they kept interrupting me and raising their voice? I'm still upset about it.
