As someone with dry, damaged hair that absolutely needs treatment to stay healthy, I'm recommending this product wholeheartedly. You don't need to use a lot—just after shampooing, my hair becomes noticeably softer and shinier. Even my previously frizzy hair looks much smoother and calmer. I'm really happy with it! The bottle is quite tall, and as I use it and the product gets lighter, it becomes unstable and keeps tipping over. The base of the bottle is too small, so it wobbles easily.
