I've been using this for about two months now, and I was really satisfied with how it felt when I first applied it. During summer, my lips didn't get dry as easily, so I didn't reach for it much. But once fall and winter rolled around, I found myself using it much more frequently. I apply it once in the morning and once at night after brushing my teeth, and even on dry days, my lips stay nicely moisturized, which I love. The scent is a bit disappointing, I have to say. Since I'm used to completely fragrance-free lip balms, there's definitely a noticeable difference. It has a slightly sticky feeling, which was a bit bothersome when I was eating or drinking. This is truly a must-have product for me. I actually discovered it by chance when I won a survey, and I loved it so much that I had to come back and leave a review. To be honest, I was taking herbal diet supplements that left my lips incredibly dry and flaky. But I also love matte lipsticks, so I was in a real bind. I tried applying Vaseline before bed, but it felt thick and uncomfortable, so I kept putting it off. Then I tried this product and I'm finally free from the heavy Vaseline routine! You don't need much at all. Just applying it 2-3 times a day completely eliminates the flakiness and leaves your lips feeling soft, supple, and hydrated! - How it feels: An incredibly thin oil layer that coats your lips with moisture underneath - Does it work with matte lipsticks? >Absolutely! If you apply this before your lipstick, you can wear it without any creasing or tugging. Even if your lips feel dry after applying lipstick, just layer this on top and reapply your lipstick for a flawless finish. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. I'm definitely going to keep this as a staple in my routine and repurchase it regularly. Apply it once before doing your lip makeup, wait a moment, and then apply your lipstick for a smooth, crease-free finish. It has this lovely vanilla-like scent, and every time I apply it, I feel so happy and my skin feels beautifully moisturized! There's really nothing to complain about. I usually have really dry lips, but this product made such a difference! My lips feel so much better now!! No complaints at all. No complaints at all. I absolutely love it. I absolutely love it. I've attached a photo of it applied to the back of my hand, though it's hard to capture how it really looks. I usually avoid lip balms because they tend to be sticky, but this one actually hydrates without that heavy, tacky feeling. If you have very dry lips, you might find the hydration level a bit lacking for your needs. It doesn't eliminate flaking or anything dramatic like that. I won this in a contest and have been using it exclusively all month long. Lip balms that are too soft get used up quickly, but this one has the perfect consistency so it's barely worn down. It's so much more moisturizing than the previous blue Nivea lip balm, and it doesn't feel greasy at all. I'm pretty sure if I buy it again, this is the one I'll stick with.
