I use this whenever I get the occasional breakout, and honestly, it really does calm things down! Haha. I don't usually trust skincare products for soothing irritation, so I'm normally all about getting anti-inflammatory injections. But when my schedule doesn't allow it, I reach for this instead. The texture and feel are pretty much the same as the other sheet mask from the same brand. There isn't one! I've been obsessed with collagen masks since The Ordinary Matrix first came out six years ago, and I've tried practically every collagen mask available through group buys on Instagram. I can confidently say this one is my number one favorite. It's perfectly balanced—not overly hydrating, not drying either—and the adhesion is fantastic. Collagen masks really are the way to go. This is definitely a lifetime staple that I stock up on whenever there's a group buy. Whenever people ask me what's making my skin glow, I recommend this one, and I've never met a single person who didn't love it. On nights when I'm too tired to even apply emulsion after cleansing, I just slap this on and go to sleep—absolute game changer. When I use it as a sleeping mask, it gets uncomfortable once it dries completely, so I end up peeling it off in my sleep without realizing it. (Though that's more of a personal habit than a product flaw, haha) I use an exfoliating pad first, then apply this mask, and it seems like my skin absorbs the nutrients so much better that way. I've made it part of my special skincare routine.

I can't believe I can use a collagen mask at such an affordable price - what a steal! I wish the PEG ingredient wasn't included in the formula. Is there any way to remove it? I'm a bit disappointed about that. The original Nora pack was already great at calming, but the Cica pack definitely soothes faster. With over 40 grams of product, the thick sheet mask has extended cooling power, making it so much better than aloe soothing gel during summer. Since it's such a premium product, there's really nothing to complain about. If anything, the eye, nose, and mouth cutouts fit even better than the original Nora pack, which is a nice bonus. If you're doing at-home microneedling treatments, you absolutely need to use the Cica collagen pack straight from the refrigerator. The synergy between the calming effect and skin regeneration power is unbeatable.
