I absolutely love how gentle this is on my skin. Best of all, it doesn't feel heavy or uncomfortable at all. I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's so mild and soothing that there's really nothing to complain about. I was getting breakouts on my back, chest, and other areas of my body. I heard that exfoliating would help, so I tried a scrub I had at home and saw results. That's why I decided to purchase this product based on the positive reviews, but it seems like it just doesn't work well for my skin. Other scrubs don't feel like this at all. This one has an oddly slimy texture, if that makes sense. Plus, after using it, my skin turned red and I got bumps that looked like hives. And I wasn't even scrubbing aggressively or anything. The exfoliation doesn't even feel thorough or refreshing. I ended up getting this along with a mist, and I'm so glad I did! My skin is really sensitive, so whenever I use scrubs with rough particles or salt-based formulas, they irritate my skin and leave it feeling raw and stinging.
