When I first applied it, I loved how it had that bouncy, gel-like texture that absorbed smoothly without feeling sticky or heavy. I have sensitive combination skin, so I've been a loyal fan of Nats products for a while now, starting with their Centella cream. I was really impressed when their 28 Remedy cream actually helped reduce my breakouts, so I decided to try their emulsion too. But this one just didn't work for me. My acne got worse, and I couldn't figure out why until I realized the emulsion was the only new product I'd added to my routine. The ingredient list isn't great either. I went to get centella asiatica ointment, but ended up buying this acne-care emulsion instead...? Before using this, I was getting professional skin treatments for three months because of breakouts, and aside from the occasional pimple, my skin was pretty clear. But once I started using this, it felt so greasy that within three weeks total, I got at least six inflamed breakouts. Ugh. I received this as a gift and tried it out. I really loved how it felt - it had this perfect balance of being hydrating yet slightly rich and creamy at the same time. I was able to save some money by purchasing the bundle package! I bought this because I read online that it helps with stubborn breakouts, but my acne actually got worse and my skin became really irritated. The daytime formula feels light and hydrating, while the night formula has a richer, more nourishing texture that really sinks in. Because of its heavier, moisture-rich texture, it doesn't absorb super quickly right after application. The hydration does last a long time though, so if you touch your face, it might feel a bit tacky. I have combination skin that's oily on the surface but dry underneath, and I really struggle with acne breakouts and post-acne marks. This product feels so soothing and calming when I apply it. This product has amazing hydration that absorbs instantly when you apply it, leaving your skin feeling moisturized and fresh for hours. Your complexion looks noticeably clearer too, and there's this refreshing sensation that feels so nice. I'd definitely recommend it for acne-prone skin. The price is really steep and honestly it's hard to justify the cost.
