I've been taking Omega 3 consistently, and the NOW brand seems really trustworthy with its ingredients, so I'm trying out several of their supplements. Their Omega 3 formula turned out great too. This product has a high absorption rate because of its altigen form, and the price point is really affordable. You only need to take one capsule a day, which makes it super convenient.
