This product really seems to help with recovering from fatigue! I can definitely tell there's a difference when I take it versus when I don't. The pill size is a bit larger than I'd prefer, but honestly, that's the only thing I'd change about it.

Now Foods is a trusted global brand that I always rely on. I take their Silymarin supplement because it's excellent for supporting liver health. I don't have any complaints about the product itself. I'd be thrilled if the price were a bit more affordable, but overall I'm really satisfied with it.
