I mixed it into various creams, emulsions, and serums, and while I thought the heaviness meant better hydration, it was so heavy that it was difficult to use and I rarely reached for it. But Now Foods vitamin E liquid is just like regular oil. The consistency is nothing more than standard oil thickness, which makes it super convenient to blend into oils, serums, sleeping masks, creams, and emulsions. I haven't tried mixing it into my BB cream or foundation because I was worried it might be too oily, but I think people with dry skin would love adding a drop or two to their BB cream or foundation. The reason I'm writing this review today is because I've seen incredible results. I remembered reading on a beauty expert's blog (probably a dermatologist) that vitamin C and E have a synergistic effect when combined. So I applied a vitamin C serum, then gently patted just two drops of this vitamin E oil on top without mixing anything else, and went to bed. The next morning, my skin was absolutely transformed. It was glowing, smooth, plump, and honestly so much better overnight that I couldn't stop raving about it to my friends. I ended up buying several bottles to share with them. The bottle is light, so it spills easily. That said, two drops are enough for each use and the price is so affordable that I don't really mind. Use this together with vitamin C serums, essences, or ampoules for best results.
