After cleansing, I use just a tiny amount each time, and I've noticed the hydration lasts so much longer. You do need to be careful though—use only a minimal amount or it can feel a bit heavy and sticky on the skin. Using it straight from the original container is awkward because it's so heavy that it's hard to dispense. I had to transfer it to a smaller bottle to make it more practical. Honestly, I ended up throwing away most of it because there was just too much product. I wish I'd known better how to use it. Next time I need this type of product, I'll just buy a small amount from a pharmacy instead. - 01**********Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất18/07/2021 (UTC+0)
I found glycerin at the pharmacy for about 10 dollars, but I wasn't confident in the quality, so I ordered from Now Foods instead. I bought the 473ml size, and honestly, it's way more than I need. I originally planned to make my own toner, but the process seemed tedious. Plus, I read that regular water is neutral rather than slightly acidic, so I decided to just buy a ready-made toner instead. I could grab saline solution from the pharmacy too, but since it has no preservatives, you have to use it quickly once opened. My local pharmacy only stocks the 1000ml size, which is too much. So I've just been using it on my hair. I bought this back in January and used it through July, and I went through about as much as shown in the photo. I wasn't even being stingy with it either. The product itself seems fine, but I'm honestly not sure how to best use up all this glycerin. I wish this came with a dropper. Glycerin can feel sticky when you use too much, and it can actually draw moisture away from your skin instead of adding it. This bottle dispenses a lot at once, which makes it hard to control the amount. I guess it's convenient if you need to use a lot at one time, but for most people, that's probably too much. - ch******Da trung tínhDa mụnLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiĐược đề xuất26/01/2021 (UTC+0)
Generous amount of glycerin. You can use it just like Vaseline - it's surprisingly versatile and practical for so many things Since it's a raw ingredient, there's nothing really to complain about with the formula itself, but the container is a bit inconvenient to use, especially the lid If you use too much, it goes beyond moisturizing and becomes sticky and tacky instead. Be mindful of how much you apply

The price point is really reasonable too—I felt like I got great value for my money. Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I'd change about this product. It's been exactly what I needed. I've been blending this with other products in my routine. I usually pick this up together with jojoba oil when I'm stocking up. - no******Da hỗn hợpDa mụnDa dị ứngBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenKhô từ bên trongNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất23/07/2020 (UTC+0)
This product delivers a wonderfully hydrating feel that really quenches your skin's thirst for moisture. The formula is packed with nourishing ingredients, and the price point is incredibly fair for what you're getting. Using too much can cause a slight stinging sensation. Rather than feeling like it's deeply benefiting your skin, it creates more of a wet, dewy sensation that makes you feel like you're getting hydration—but it's really just surface moisture. If your environment isn't naturally humid, you might want to skip this one. Since this product is mostly water-based, it has a lighter consistency and milder moisturizing power with shorter-lasting results. I'm planning to mix it with other hydrating products that feel a bit thin or lack staying power, especially for winter use. It's a great way to boost the effectiveness of moisturizers you normally don't reach for because they feel too lightweight. - th*******Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất15/04/2020 (UTC+0)
I'd definitely recommend this for anyone with combination skin that tends to get dehydrated. When I used just the tea tree gel alone, my skin felt incredibly tight and dry afterward. But adding just one drop of this glycerin completely transforms it—my skin becomes so hydrated and plump. To be honest, it feels more tacky than dewy, but I love that my face stays moisturized and supple all the way through the next day. If I really had to nitpick, the only downside is that it doesn't give you that light, bouncy hydration feeling. Instead, it leaves your skin feeling a bit sticky and heavy. Mix one drop into your emulsion or moisturizer. You can also add a drop to your hair treatment mask. - lh******Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa dị ứngĐược đề xuất08/02/2020 (UTC+0)
My skin was always so dry in the moisturizing department that I could really feel the lack of hydration. Now I mix this with Illiyoon in a 7:3 ratio and apply it. It doesn't itch and leaves my skin feeling beautifully hydrated. Even a tiny bit more than the recommended amount makes it feel sticky and uncomfortable. I wish the suggested amount was just a little smaller so it would work better for my skin. I spray the mist first, then add 3 drops of glycerin on top and gently wipe with a cotton pad. It's such an easy way to gently exfoliate while keeping my skin feeling soft and moisturized.

I've tried using glycerin in so many different ways, but the result that impressed me the most was this: after shampooing, I rinsed lightly and applied glycerin to my damp hair, then rinsed it out thoroughly. The softness and smoothness I felt in my hair was absolutely wonderful! While Hwahae categorizes glycerin under skincare products like toners, for me it's become an essential hair care product that I can't live without! I tried using it on my skin following the instructions, but honestly, it was really difficult to get the amount right. When I used it alone, it created an uncomfortable warm sensation and felt unpleasantly slippery. I think my application technique might not have been quite right, so once I finish this bottle and get a new one, I'll adjust the amount to better suit my skin and give it another try. You can also use it for leg massage! Apply glycerin and massage your calves and thighs. Thanks to glycerin's natural warming sensation, you can really enhance the benefits of your massage! And here's the hair care method that worked best for me: right after shampooing and rinsing, apply glycerin to your hair, then rinse it out. When you compare this to skipping this step, you'll notice your hair becomes noticeably softer and so much easier to brush through! It really works! - ki*******Da khôDa dị ứngĐược đề xuất04/08/2019 (UTC+0)
I got this on recommendation and I've been mixing it with rose toner to use as a hydrating essence. It's amazing because my severely dry skin finally has relief from those stubborn flakes and that deep dehydration I couldn't shake before. I'm honestly seeing such a difference! This isn't really a flaw with the product itself, but I accidentally mixed the ratio wrong and used too much glycerin, and wow, the stickiness and that burning sensation were intense! It was quite the experience. I'm using it mixed together with Now Foods rose oil toner, and whenever I have some left over, I apply it to my body too.

For extremely dry, sensitive skin prone to flaking, I've found that nourishing from the inside out works so much better long-term than just sealing everything in with oil. My body skin is always parched, so I used to rely on oil year-round except in summer. But last winter, I mixed this with my emulsion and added a bit of glycerin, and my severe dryness improved dramatically. Of course, finding a moisturizer with perfect oil-water balance would be ideal, but let's be real—our skin changes every single day. I used this consistently all winter, and now in summer, I mix it into my emulsion whenever my skin feels a bit tight. When you add oil, things can get a little greasy, but glycerin doesn't have that issue, which I love. For products where I want a moisture boost without the heaviness of oil, adding just a touch works perfectly. Since my skin tends to break out when I layer too many products, I really appreciate being able to adjust my hydration on the fly depending on what my skin needs that day. Oil absorbs into my skin like a dream, but for some reason, humectants like glycerin and high-molecular hyaluronic acid just don't sink in the same way. So when I tried following everyone's "3 layers of toner, 7 layers of essence" routine, these humectants would build up and cause heat sensation and redness, then stickiness and congestion leading to bumps. If I use less, the hydration doesn't last long enough. My body skin is so dry I can't really tell, but with my face, even a tiny amount of overuse shows immediately. It's frustrating because I want it to work. Don't use it alone! If you pour pure glycerin into your palm and rub it, you'll feel the heat building up—that's totally normal. Plus, it's incredibly sticky. Just imagine applying that directly to your skin... you can guess how that ends. And here's the thing: glycerin actually draws moisture toward it, so if you apply it to skin without enough hydration, you can actually end up with deeper dryness. You absolutely need to apply it to skin that's already hydrated. The sweet spot is mixing just the right amount—maybe a drop or two—into a moisturizer that feels like it could use a hydration boost but where adding oil feels like too much. That's when it really shines.
