This stuff is absolutely incredible, so if you're dealing with severe PMS, please check out my review before buying. I experience the whole package with PMS - emotional rollercoasters (constantly thinking "why do I even exist... I should just disappear..."), mood swings, abdominal pain, and skin breakouts that feel like I need a full medical team to handle. I decided to try this because I was struggling with mood swings before my period, along with breast tenderness, lower back pain, and really intense period cramps. After taking it consistently for a month, the most noticeable improvement has been with my mood swings. I used to experience pretty severe emotional ups and downs that really affected my daily life and relationships, but since I started using this, while I'm not happy all the time, my moods feel so much more stable and balanced now.
