Since it's in powder form, taking it dry can feel a bit chalky, but mixing it with water makes it much easier to consume. The compact size is perfect for tossing in your bag when you're on the go. I haven't noticed any real results from this product. I purchased it because I've been dealing with digestive issues and loose stools, but honestly, nothing has changed. I received this as a gift when I was struggling with vaginal discomfort, and I took it daily for about three months. I noticed a real improvement, and it also helped with my digestion issues. You do need to take it every day, but I have to say the price point is a bit steep for a daily supplement. It actually tastes like skim milk powder, which is pretty pleasant. When I mix it with lukewarm milk, it tastes even better and becomes such a comforting drink.
