I've tried several omega-3 supplements since they're considered essential nutrients, and while they're not life-changing, this one doesn't have that fishy aftertaste and is actually pleasant to take. I took this for four months starting in early September last year, but unfortunately I didn't notice any real results. After doing tons of research, I finally decided to take the plunge and buy it, but right away the capsules had a fishy smell, and the more I took it, the worse the aftertaste became. By the end, I could barely force myself to take it. Compared to other brands, the price is quite steep, but even the best supplements won't help if they don't work for your body. That said, everyone's experience is different, so if you're interested in trying this, I'd recommend starting with just a one-month supply to see how it works for you. I tried every trick in the book to mask the aftertaste, but nothing worked. I bought this because I heard great things about the retinol, and I'm really happy with it. It has barely any scent, which I love. The price is absolutely outrageous. No fishy aftertaste at all, and this product is absolutely fantastic! I love that it comes in individual packets, making it so convenient. I make sure to take my omega-3 supplement every single day, and this one is a winner The only downside is the price point, which is pretty steep for a vitamin supplement. I really wish I could grab it during sales to stock up
