I picked this up because I'm basically glued to my computer and phone screens all day! What I really loved about Nutricore supplements is that the ingredient list is so well-known and trusted, so I feel confident taking it. Turns out that astaxanthin is actually better for reducing eye strain, so I was a bit disappointed that I didn't see major results with this one. I picked up this lutein supplement for my mom's eye health, and I'm really happy with it! The capsules are nice and small, so they're easy to take without any fuss. I love NutriCore because the ingredients are really high-quality. Whenever I need a supplement, NutriCore is my go-to choice. The price isn't exactly budget-friendly, but I trust that I'm getting superior ingredients that are worth the investment.

I decided to try this instead of my usual lutein supplement because it contains zeaxanthin too! The results seem really great for the price, and I love that I can get all these beneficial eye-supporting ingredients in one product! No real downsides. It just takes a couple of months of consistent use before you start noticing the benefits.

There's nothing really wrong with it. There's maybe a slightly fishy taste or something, but it's not bothersome enough to be a deal-breaker.
