I picked this up because I heard milk thistle was amazing! I can definitely tell the difference when I take it compared to when I don't - it really works! I've been taking this supplement consistently since I was 21 years old. It's the only product I use that I can genuinely feel making a difference, and that product is milk thistle. I actually had slightly elevated liver enzyme levels, but after taking this, my levels returned to normal. That's why I've kept using it regularly ever since, and I absolutely recommend it. The price seems to keep going up lately. I kept feeling exhausted, so I decided to give this a try thinking it might be a liver support issue. My mom and I have been taking it together, and I've noticed that the fatigue seems a bit more manageable. Milk thistle isn't one of those supplements where you feel an immediate difference after taking it, but I really appreciate that Nutricore products have trustworthy ingredients and are easy to take consistently. Like most Nutricore products, this one comes with a pretty steep price tag.

After consistently using it, I've noticed a real difference in how I feel when I stop versus when I keep taking it. My body definitely feels more energized and my overall condition improves when I'm on it regularly. There's this wonderful lightness I feel in the back of my neck and shoulders. The pill size is quite large, so you need to be careful when swallowing it. I really trust Nutricore products when it comes to safety and reliability. I used them during a period when I was going out drinking frequently, and they made a real difference for me. The price is a bit steep, which is the only downside, but I'm confident they're using quality ingredients to justify the cost. It works great when you take it the morning after drinking. On the actual day I'm going out, I take it after dinner!

Since I heard that many milk thistle supplements contain chemical ingredients, I thought the organic option would be different, and honestly, I'm really happy with this product. You know how people say that when your liver is healthier, you feel less tired? Well, I can definitely tell the difference in my energy levels depending on whether I take it or not. I notice I'm not dragging myself out of bed as much in the mornings. It might be temporary, but it's working for me. I wish it came in a more portable container. It's a bit inconvenient to carry around at work and remember to take it on the go.
