I decided a multivitamin would be the way to go. After doing some research, I noticed that cheaper products are cheap for a reason, so I chose Nutricore instead. Their products are pricier, but they have proper certifications and are made with only quality natural ingredients. I started with the tablet form, but I was curious to try the convenient drinkable version too. Even though the price is honestly steep, I decided to give it a shot. It's definitely an investment, but on days I take it, I feel energized and revitalized. My skin looks more radiant and I feel great. That said, I'd still recommend sticking with the traditional tablet form in a bottle if you want better value. I didn't know any better and took it on an empty stomach, and let me tell you, every time I did, I felt like I was going to pass out. I couldn't breathe and my body would suddenly get extremely hot. Turns out multivitamins shouldn't be taken without food. Please take note of this, everyone. Seriously, taking it on an empty stomach is really not safe. I make sure to take it after eating breakfast!
