I haven't been taking it regularly, but on the days I do use it, I feel so much less tired and that's amazing! Price and scent (less noticeable compared to other multivitamins). The price is pretty steep, so I ended up doing a group purchase. As for the scent, it reminds me of that purple multivitamin you'd get from a pharmacy. It made my stomach feel a bit queasy when I took it, but honestly, compared to other products, this one doesn't have much of a smell or cause stomach discomfort. Take it with food. I really trust Nutricore products and feel confident taking them regularly. I often deal with mouth ulcers and fatigue, so I make sure to get my B vitamins. I've tried high-dose B vitamin supplements from the pharmacy before, but they sometimes make me feel queasy or dizzy, so I end up cutting them in half. This product doesn't have that problem, so I've come back to it. The price is quite steep, which is disappointing.
