Though I should mention, I don't chew them, so I can't really say what the actual strawberry taste is like if you do. When I looked up side effects, I found several reviews saying that taking this cleared up their acne. Available at Hwaehae! This is perfect if you can't swallow pills or capsules. It tastes like a guilty pleasure snack - delicious and you won't even notice you're taking a supplement! I'm honestly not sure if it actually works. I didn't notice any real difference for myself. It's like chewing on a fun candy treat!

The capsules are small and easy to take, and they have a pleasant subtle grape flavor that makes them enjoyable to consume. Even though the dosage is high, I didn't notice immediate results right away. That said, there does seem to be some difference when I take them consistently compared to when I skip them.
