I really love how easy these are to take since the capsules are so small, and the fact that they're virtually tasteless is a huge plus! I have this wonderful feeling that my hair is going to become fuller and thicker. I'm in my teens, and I have this habit of pulling out my hair when I'm stressed. I noticed that the middle part of my hair started looking a bit thinner. I had trouble swallowing regular pills, so I switched to a smaller version. I've been taking it for 2 months now. I've been taking this consistently for a while now! The pills are small, so they're really easy to swallow, and I love that they have no taste or smell whatsoever. Since my hair is naturally quite thin, I make sure to take them every day without fail. I can already feel my nails and hair becoming noticeably stronger and healthier. The container seems oversized compared to the actual tiny pills inside, so I think they could make the packaging smaller. That said, there's nothing particularly inconvenient about using it.
