I really love how convenient this is to take since it's packed with vitamins and comes in a dissolvable form. Sure, the flavor tastes a bit artificial, but it's sweet and delicious, so I'm totally happy with it! However, if your blood work shows that you need to boost your vitamin D levels, taking 5000 IU daily for about a month is recommended. I'm not sure if the affordable price is the reason, or if the storage wasn't handled properly, but I've noticed an odd musty smell coming from the bottle when it's about half empty.
