I've been taking this consistently and I'm really happy with how much it's helped stabilize my mood swings. I started with two capsules daily, and as things improved, I've been able to reduce down to just one capsule a day and it's still working great for me. Besides helping with my emotional balance, I didn't experience other PMS symptoms to begin with, so I can't really speak to whether it helps with those other effects. I haven't been using this for long, but my period pain and symptoms have completely disappeared - it's honestly amazing! I used to get ovulation pain too, and that went away right away. I think if I keep taking it consistently, the results will be even better! I wish the packaging was more discreet since the capsules are exposed every time I open the container. Plus, sometimes the capsules stick together, which makes them difficult to take out.
