    The product worked really well for digestive regularity, and I was able to have comfortable bowel movements. The flavor is somewhat artificial strawberry, but honestly, I think that level of taste is totally acceptable.
    I felt like the effectiveness kept diminishing the more I used it, and I started thinking I'd be better off trying a different product instead. It was a bit disappointing.
    If you do decide to try it, I'd recommend using it specifically when you're dealing with constipation.

    I really appreciate that each one comes individually wrapped. The taste is definitely a matter of personal preference, but I didn't mind it at all. My family mentioned they prefer another brand's flavor, though. Plus, the price is really reasonable.
    This product is specifically designed for probiotic intake, but 1 billion probiotics? That feels a bit underwhelming...
    To maintain and protect the probiotic cultures, it's recommended to store this in the refrigerator.
