The product worked really well for digestive regularity, and I was able to have comfortable bowel movements. The flavor is somewhat artificial strawberry, but honestly, I think that level of taste is totally acceptable. I felt like the effectiveness kept diminishing the more I used it, and I started thinking I'd be better off trying a different product instead. It was a bit disappointing. I really appreciate that each one comes individually wrapped. The taste is definitely a matter of personal preference, but I didn't mind it at all. My family mentioned they prefer another brand's flavor, though. Plus, the price is really reasonable. This product is specifically designed for probiotic intake, but 1 billion probiotics? That feels a bit underwhelming... To maintain and protect the probiotic cultures, it's recommended to store this in the refrigerator.

The stick format makes it super convenient to carry around, and with such an affordable price point, it's a product the whole family can enjoy without any hesitation. As you can see in the attached photo, the texture is a fine powder, and it has a strawberry flavor that hits you right when you open the packet. I remember eating coffee creamer by the spoonful as a kid, and the aftertaste reminds me of that same flavor. Since I have a sensitive digestive system, I've tried various probiotics over the years, but compared to other products, this one is pretty straightforward without any standout features. The strawberry flavor tastes artificial to my palate, which was disappointing. It reminds me of that pink cough syrup I used to take as a child, and when I take it on an empty stomach, I sometimes feel a bit of resistance to it. Right after waking up in the morning, I mix one packet of probiotics with a glass of water
