First of all, it's much more affordable compared to other biotin supplements, yet the ingredients are just as effective. Each bottle contains 100 tablets, and taking one daily means a single bottle lasts about three months. The product seems to be continuously improved—the earlier versions had yellow biotin powder that would flake off the tablets, but that issue has been resolved in the newer formulations. While I haven't seen dramatic changes in my hair, my nails have definitely become smoother and stronger. I figure it's better to keep taking it than to skip it altogether, so I plan to continue using it regularly. There's no issue anymore. Like I mentioned before, the yellow powder used to shed from the tablets when they'd crack, but that was fixed with the reformulation. Everything looks clean now.
