      I've been taking this for about a week now! I picked it up specifically to give my immune system a boost, and I'm taking one tablet daily. I can't say I've noticed dramatic results yet, but with supplements, consistency is really the key—so I'm confident that sticking with it will definitely help support my immunity. The thing is, you really need to pair it with regular exercise if you want to see your immune health improve. I'd recommend drinking plenty of water when you take it.
      Whether it's due to the zinc or not, I do feel a bit of bloating and some digestive discomfort. There's also this coating taste that comes with the tablet itself.
      Like it says in the instructions, I'd definitely suggest taking it after a meal rather than on an empty stomach.

      Zinc 50mg, Copper 2g - I bought this to support my immune system for my unexplained chronic hives, and I'm really happy with how it's working for me. I don't take it every single day, but I make sure to take it a few times a week whenever I remember.
      I'm ordering this for my mom too, and since the price is really reasonable, I'm completely satisfied with it. There's honestly nothing I'd change about it.
      It might cause stomach upset, so if you have a sensitive stomach, I'd recommend taking it after meals.
